WOW, awesome sky! From the small picture on the community page, it looked like this image was loaded upsidedown, I'm glad I looked a little closer! well done!

@Kylie Greenan: Thanks Kylie! I hope you didn't mind the question I posted on your photo. I'm trying to learn the technical side of photography so I'm interested in all those numbers I just used to ignore. :-)

@Stovepipe: Thanks Stovepipe! Yes, you're right! But I was thinking of the rule of thirds and my brain couldn't go beyond that. :-)

Theresa, I am flattered that you ask... I too am still learning, I have only had this camera for about 7 months now...I find I take lots of shots and just vary the settings, I use AV setting alot with the macro lens, as I love the blurred background effect and shooting with with differnt F/stops gives differnent depths of field, especially on the macro lens I used for that image, don't be afraid to use different settings and see what you get, have fun with it!
